T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on devices and plans, and drive sales while delivering a great customer experience.

You will leverage digital tools, participate in training, and collaborate with nearby locations to onboard customers and ensure service excellence. 18+ and work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboarding customers and maintain store operations.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience.
