Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, demonstrating and educating on T-Mobile solutions while meeting sales goals.

You will use digital tools, participate in ongoing product training, and collaborate with nearby store teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to service. This role requires a HS diploma, 6 months of customer service/sales, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to meet customer needs.
• Complete training on in-store processes and stay customer ready with knowledge updates.
• Build relationships with nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
