T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. This entry-level role focuses on learning, product demonstrations, and delivering a world-class, connected lifestyle experience in-store.

You will complete new-employee training, build customer service and sales skills, and prepare for the Mobile Expert role in a fast-paced environment with strong team support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience and build loyalty through demonstrations and personalized solutions.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile plans, devices, and services to customers in-store.
