As the go-to technical resource, you will assist with device activations, troubleshooting, account security, on-demand deliveries, upsell accessories, and ensure a clean, organized store that helps customers leave with confidence and excitement about Comcast products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn and support mobile devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove activation and customer education for devices and BYOD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues; assist with account security and device replacements.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, SIM/eSIM activation, and diagnostics; process returns/exchanges per policy.
• On-demand deliveries and BAPIS & XM upsell by staging orders and identifying accessory opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and back-of-house organization to support operations.
• Provide quick device swaps and express transactions; support warranty and replacement processes.
