Job summary

Marketsource is seeking a RecallRepairSpecialist to travel within the assigned area and perform on-site recall repairs for vehicle owners. You will educate customers on recall importance, secure authorization, and carry out repairs following manufacturer guidelines.

This role emphasizes strong customer interaction, independence, and meeting performance goals. Light mechanical knowledge and ability to work weekends and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical or tool knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to obtain required mobile repair certifications.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to lift and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Get out in the field and connect with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Explain why recall repairs matter and the importance of timely action.
• Obtain customer authorization and clearly explain the repair process.
• Perform mobile recall repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and training.
• Answer questions, ease concerns, and handle objections confidently.
• Document completed repairs, parts usage, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Work independently while meeting goals and making an impact.
