Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years in customer service or sales.
• Light mechanical or tool knowledge preferred.
• Ability to complete required certifications for mobile repairs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to work Saturdays and travel occasionally.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Get out in the field and connect with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Explain why recall repairs matter and why they shouldn’t wait.
• Obtain customer authorization and explain the repair process.
• Perform mobile recall repairs per guidelines and training.
• Answer questions, ease concerns, and handle objections.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and outcomes in systems.
• Work independently while meeting goals and making an impact.
