Job summary

MarketSource seeks an Automotive Recall Specialist to educate vehicle owners on recalls, schedule service, and facilitate on-site repairs. You will travel within your assigned area, visiting customers, building trust, and delivering solutions. Light mechanical knowledge is helpful, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities
