Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• Light mechanical knowledge or tool familiarity.
• Ability to Obtain required mobile repair certifications.
• Comfortable working independently, Saturdays and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage vehicle owners in the field face-to-face.
• Explain recall repairs and repair process clearly to obtain authorization.
• Perform mobile recall repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
