Job summary

MarketSource is seeking an Automotive Recall Specialist to travel within your assigned area, meeting vehicle owners face-to-face to educate them on recall repairs and secure on-site authorization for service.

You will perform approved, intermediate repairs and receive specific training; light mechanical or tool knowledge is beneficial. Strong communication and independent work habits are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Be in the field every day, connecting with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Help people understand why recall repairs matter and why they shouldn’t wait.
• Guide customers through scheduling service with local dealerships.
• Answer questions, ease concerns, and confidently handle objections.
• Track progress and conversations in our systems in real time.
• Work independently while hitting goals and making an impact.
