Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential maintenance and make-ready tasks across properties. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, ensuring safety and code compliance, and helping keep common areas clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by performing make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Tracks inventory, sources materials, and returns unused items to the proper location.
• Documents service activities accurately for ticketing and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing where feasible.
