Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet safety and functionality standards. Duties include diagnosing and repairing issues, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintaining grounds and common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. This onsite position includes competitive benefits and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs in a residential property setting.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf carts on-property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects, repair according to safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when reordering.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
