Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type I/II or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to travel to assist other properties or training may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Tracks inventory and submits re-order requests as needed.
• Documents service work for proper tracking and reporting.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and building upkeep.
• Supports cost-saving by using parts efficiently and safely.
