Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to service apartment properties and maintain curb appeal and high customer service standards. The role centers on timely repairs and proactive upkeep under the maintenance supervisor’s guidance.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks, along with preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and prompt communication with leadership. A reliable driver’s license and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as directed.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety and curb appeal.
• Respond to property emergencies and on-call maintenance assignments.
• Promote safety and risk management in compliance with regulations.
