Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to address a variety of apartment and property maintenance tasks across properties, ensuring high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires basic maintenance and carpentry skills, an eye for safety, and the ability to work with a maintenance supervisor and property manager to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment/property maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and other areas as needed.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction and safety.
