Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across properties, delivering excellent resident service and keeping curb appeal high.

This role requires electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related trades, plus strong communication, safety compliance and timely work order completion.

On-site position with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and responsive emergency support to protect residents and property assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance repairs.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; report issues.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, weather, fires, floods) and communicate with leadership.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules and regulations.
