Job summary

Xerox is seeking an On-Site Associate to perform remediation and scheduled service of customer devices under contract. You will provide quality service to meet customer expectations, respond to dispatches, and maintain communications on ETA and status with customers.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, inventory management, and data collection; successful candidates have 2–5 years in service of printers, a valid license, and the ability to lift 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience servicing printers, hard copy devices, or imaging products.
• Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent driving record.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Sound administrative and computer skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Lexmark products is desirable.
• Ability to frequently and properly lift 60 pounds.
• Successful government background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work within Lexmark’s systems to accept and respond to dispatched service and supply calls within SLA commitments.
• Provide diagnostics, repair and maintenance to Lexmark OEM quality specifications.
• Communicate with customers about call status, ETA, and closures.
• Assist customers with issues or questions on products.
• Coordinate training on usage of customer products and features as requested.
• Conduct repair and maintenance of Managed Output Devices and Total Service Call Procedures on site.
• Manage local part inventory and transactions.
• Collect Meter Reads on devices as needed.
• Present a positive image through attire, communication, and grooming.
