Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform remediation, service, and maintenance of customer devices onsite.
• Respond to dispatched service calls within SLA commitments.
• Communicate status, ETA, and outcomes with customers.
• Maintain local parts inventory and track service data.
• Support training and knowledge sharing with the team.
