Job summary

Xerox Corporation seeks a full-time Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator to support our client’s fleet of printers and multifunctional devices in Torrance CA, ensuring high uptime and efficient service delivery. You will monitor equipment, manage inventory and support the client with proactive problem resolution.

The role requires A+ certification, LAN printer experience, and server software skills, working with a dedicated team and adhering to client standards and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing equipment fleet implementations.
• Experience with printers and multifunctional devices on LAN.
• Software / Server experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors fleet program to ensure performance standards and SLAs.
• Engages client and third parties to prevent and remedy issues.
• Interfaces with client locations for performance issues.
• Manages parts, supplies procurement and onsite inventory.
• Monitors call/support center activity to meet response requirements.
• Coordinates moves, removals, and installations of equipment.
• Manages periodic meter readings and validation.
• Integrates with client’s helpdesk platform for ticketing.
• Configures workflow scanning settings (DHCP, MAC).
• Manages firmware versions for new devices and updates databases.
• Acts as client advocate for fleet-related matters.
