Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Illinois is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to join our mobile team. You will transport staff and supplies, perform donor screening and phlebotomy, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience.

You will work an extended schedule including evenings and weekends, with shifts posted 2–3 weeks in advance. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years people-facing experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver license and cargo certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile van/Promaster and transport staff and supplies safely.
• Perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and mini-physical.
• Deliver excellent donor experience with professional service.
• Recruit and convert donors for automation when applicable.
• Rebook donors for future appointments.
