Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Driver to support mobile blood drives and provide an excellent donor experience.

Under supervision, you will operate a full-size van/Promaster, load supplies, and transport staff safely. You’ll perform donor screening and phlebotomy as needed, ensuring safety and quality. Flexible schedule includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred; Less than 1 year job-related experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a van/Promaster and transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Treats donors with customer service excellence and responds to inquiries promptly.
• Rebooks donors for future donation appointments.
