Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation efforts. You will operate a mobile drive vehicle, welcome donors, perform phlebotomy, and maintain safety standards and quality control at the site.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and professional conduct to ensure a positive donor experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.
• Knowledge of standards, procedures and basic math; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follows all DOT guidelines when operating a full-size commercial van and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and performs setup at the mobile site, including technology systems and QA.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy; delivers customer service excellence.
