Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Indiana is looking for a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and provide excellent customer service during the donation process. This role involves traveling to collection sites, operating mobile units, and interacting with donors to ensure a positive experience.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, valid driving license, and relevant experience. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends required. Comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Valid drivers' license with prior driving experience required.
• Ability to learn/utilize computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products.
• Interact with donors to provide a high level of customer service.
• Operate the mobile drive vehicle safely.
• Handle donor screening and observe for reactions.
