Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy and support mobile donation operations. You will interact with donors, load/unload supplies, and transport staff safely while upholding quality and compliance standards. The role emphasizes a strong donor experience and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities include donor screening, post-donation handling, and ongoing participation in a collaborative environment with robust safety practices and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required
• Ability to follow DOT guidelines and safety procedures
• Strong customer-service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products
• Interact with donors and coordinators to deliver excellent service
• Operate mobile drive vehicle and transport staff and supplies safely
• Screen donors, perform mini-physical and document procedures
• Maintain a positive donor experience and assist team effectively
