Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Driver to perform phlebotomy and mobile collection duties across the donor program. You will interact with donors and coordinators to ensure a high-quality donation experience, operate the mobile drive vehicle, and transport staff and supplies safely.

The role requires 1–3 years of people-facing experience and a strong commitment to teamwork, with availability 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 5 days on and 2 days off. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred; some roles require less than 1 year.
• Ability to read procedures and safety rules; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at mobile sites, including technology systems and QA checks.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy with a service-centric approach.
• Engages with donors respectfully, resolves inquiries, and escalates as needed.
• May conduct automation (Alyx/Trima) and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintains product integrity, records, and post-donation workflows; supports team culture.
