Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Driver specialist who will operate a mobile drive vehicle, load/unload supplies, and ensure a safe, efficient donation experience for donors. You will perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and provide high-quality service across a team environment.

The role requires early start hours (4:00am–10:00pm) including weekends and holidays, with full-time status and shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Comprehensive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate a mobile van with safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines while transporting staff and supplies.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience with professional service.
• Sets up at mobile site and conducts routine maintenance on equipment.
• Recruits for automation and supports donors during procedures.
