Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and transport duties. You will interact with donors and coordinators to ensure a high-quality donation experience.

Responsibilities include operating a mobile vehicle, loading supplies, and administering donor screenings and phlebotomy under supervision. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, some evenings, weekends, and holidays, with additional pay differentials for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education requirements listed: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant, people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential; safety and detail orientation are critical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile van/Promaster safely to transport staff and supplies.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy per protocol.
• Provide a positive, service-oriented donor experience and handle inquiries professionally.
• Assist with automation (Alyx/Trima) as needed and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintain equipment, records, and donor identification, and schedule future appointments.
