Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to operate a mobile donation vehicle, ensure donor safety, and deliver exceptional service at the mobile site in Indianapolis. You will perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and assist with automation equipment as needed, while maintaining regulatory compliance and teamwork with the staff.

The role requires a High School Diploma and a valid state driver license, with physically demanding duties and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van and transports staff and supplies.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers excellent donor service with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Recruits and converts donors for automation when applicable.
