Job summary

Versiti, Inc. seeks a Donor Driver to support mobile donation drives. You will load, drive, and unload supplies, interact with donors, and ensure a safe, positive donation experience while following DOT guidelines.

The role includes 32–40 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability, and a pathway for bilingual certification-based increases. Training is provided to develop skills in phlebotomy support and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to follow DOT guidelines.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat donors with customer service excellence and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare collection site and perform setup of equipment.
• With a valid driver’s license, operate mobile drive vehicles and transport staff.
• Perform donor screening and venipunctures as qualified.
• Rebook donors for future donation appointments.
