Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy on donors and transport the mobile drive vehicle. You will interact with donors and coordinators to deliver an excellent donation experience and ensure safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities include donor screening, phlebotomy, equipment setup, and maintaining a positive team culture while meeting DOT guidelines and schedule requirements. Evening and weekend hours are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred, or <1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size commercial van.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive and responsive donor experience and handles inquiries professionally.
• Maintains equipment and records; assists with donor appointments and rebooking.
