Versiti seeks a Donor Box Truck Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and support mobile donation operations. The role emphasizes a high level of donor service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate mobile vehicles, supervise setup, and assist with automation equipment while following regulatory guidelines. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety rules.
• Basic math aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van/box truck and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including technology systems.
• Performs donor screening and phlebotomy.
• Delivers a positive donor experience with professional service and timely responses to inquiries.
• May conduct automation (Alyx/Trima) and recruit for automation.
• Maintains equipment and records, and assists with donor follow-up.
