Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy collection and transport mobile staff. You will deliver excellent donor experiences, operate a mobile van, load/unload supplies, and follow DOT regulations.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. 8 weeks phlebotomy training is provided; additional bilingual support and shift differentials enhance compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in a front-facing role preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size commercial van and transports staff, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Loads/unloads supplies and performs site setup, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy with excellent customer service.
