Versiti Blood Research Institute seeks a Donor Driver to operate a mobile van, load supplies, and transport staff safely while delivering excellent donor service. You will conduct donor screening and phlebotomy, ensuring quality and safety at mobile donation sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size commercial van/Promaster and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive, service-centric donor experience and responds to inquiries or complaints promptly.
