Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver to join our mobile operations team in Wisconsin. This role requires operating a full-size van for donor collection, loading supplies, and delivering a high-quality donor experience daily.

You will perform donor screening and phlebotomy, maintain equipment, and support a collaborative team culture while adhering to DOT and safety standards. Training is provided; evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.
• Ability to read SOPs and safety rules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van and transports staff safely.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience and responds to inquiries professionally.
• Maintains records and assists with donor rebooking.
