Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy, transport staff and supplies, and ensure a first-class donor experience. You will operate mobile drives, load equipment, and support a collaborative team in delivering safe, efficient blood donation services.

The role requires adherence to DOT guidelines, ability to work 4:00 AM–10:00 PM, and full-time availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• Valid in-state driver license and cargo certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating full-size commercial van and transports staff and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers customer service excellence and responds to inquiries with a timely, complete response.
• Rebooks donors for future donation appointments.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and completes department records as needed.
• Performs other duties within the scope of this job classification.
