Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to join our mobile donation program. You will operate the full-size van, load supplies, screen donors, and deliver a safe, welcoming donor experience while transporting staff to donation sites.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of people-facing experience (or less than 1 year), a valid Driver License and cargo certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in people-facing roles preferred (1–3 years) or less than 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Operate full-size commercial van/Promaster for mobile donation drives.
• Load/unload supplies and set up at mobile sites.
• Screen donors, collect histories, and provide excellent donor service.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and ensure donor safety.
