Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation efforts and perform phlebotomy tasks with a focus on donor experience. You will operate a mobile van, transport staff and supplies, and ensure safety and quality control at each site.

The role requires DOT compliance, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of donor-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating the mobile van and transports staff and equipment.

• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy with professional service.
• Delivers a positive donor experience and handles inquiries with care and timeliness.
• Maintains donor safety, rebooks appointments, and supports a collaborative team culture.
