Versiti is seeking a dedicated Donor Driver to support mobile donation sites. This full-time role transports staff and supplies, performs donor screening and phlebotomy, and ensures a positive donor experience. The schedule includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with pay differentials for non-standard hours and bilingual opportunities after certification.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with DOT guidelines, with comprehensive benefits and 8 weeks of training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.
• Must be able to read and interpret procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follows all DOT guidelines when operating a full-size commercial van and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
• Performs donor screening and phlebotomy with care and accuracy.
• Delivers a service-centric donor experience, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• May assist automation (Alyx/Trima) and recruit donors for automation.
• Contributes to a positive team culture and supports coworkers.
• Maintains equipment and records; prepares units for transport as needed.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments and ensures donor safety.
• May undergo additional background checks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
