Versiti Blood Research Institute is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy, donor screening, and equipment setup while transporting staff and supplies for mobile donation sites. You will uphold a positive donor experience and ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards.

You will operate automation systems (Alyx/Trima) when needed, contribute to team culture, and assist in maintaining records and quality control. A valid driver license and cargo certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/ preferred
• 1–3 years of people-facing experience preferred
• Ability to read SOPs and safety rules; strong math aptitude

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a van and transports staff and supplies
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at mobile site; handles tech systems and QC
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy
• Provides excellent donor service; handles inquiries and escalates when needed
• Recruits donors for automation (Alyx/Trima) and supports team culture
• Maintains product integrity and equipment; completes records
