Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and local regulations, and manage a property budget. You will mentor the maintenance team, respond to service requests, and coordinate with the property manager to maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years’ maintenance or property management experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read/write English and use basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure safety/compliance.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry as needed.
• Monitor budget adherence and cost control.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties.
• Promote customer satisfaction through clean, safe, and presentable properties.
