Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations while supporting resident satisfaction.

You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), manage safety, and participate in on-call rotations and budget oversight to maintain top-notch curb appeal and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Manage risk and stay within property budget.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Lead maintenance staff and mentor team.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections.
• Ensure safety and quality across property grounds and common areas.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
