You will coordinate with the maintenance team and property leadership to keep systems running smoothly.

Hands-on carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills, plus strong organization, enable timely service requests, preventive maintenance and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property leadership to keep systems running smoothly.
• Respond to service requests and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Mentor maintenance staff and manage costs within the budget.
• Oversee on-site emergencies and maintain professional conduct.
