Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic area using a fully stocked mobile store. You will prospect, sell, and present solutions while maintaining the store’s cleanliness and reporting daily activities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proven ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background, max of 3 companies over 10 years.
Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
Attributes: Able to work independently and reliably achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
