Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers through a fully stocked mobile store. The role emphasizes prospecting, cold-calling, and presenting solutions within a defined geographic territory.

You will manage the mobile store, maintain records, and build lasting customer relationships to meet sales targets. The position requires residency in the territory, the ability to lease or purchase a mobile store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure: ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and in-territory calls; make face-to-face visits to cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and marketed; submit daily sales reports and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact details in company software.
