Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive mobile-store-based industrial hardware sales across a defined geographic territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions via a mobile showroom, and maintaining store operations and data integrity with customers in mind. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, have a clean driving record, and demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial sales experience outside preferred.
• Strong tenure; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
