Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to take a fully stocked mobile store to customers across a defined geographic area.

The role emphasizes direct sales, prospecting, and presenting hardware solutions in transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and other sectors. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; perform face-to-face prospecting.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Update customer information in company software with notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses.
