Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers via a fully stocked mobile store. You will develop new prospects, conduct face-to-face visits, and close sales within your defined geographic territory.

Candidates must reside in the assigned territory (relocation not offered) and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle. A clean driving history and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong tenure history with at most 3 employers in the last 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• Keep customer information up to date in company software.
