Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile hardware directly to customers within a defined California territory, with a self‑contained mobile store. The role requires residency in the territory and the ability to operate a mobile store vehicle.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, industrial sales experience preferred, and a proven ability to work independently while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
