Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales by taking our fully stocked mobile store directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings to grow our industrial hardware customer base.

Ideal candidates will reside in the territory, be able to acquire or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. A high school diploma and proven sales success are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers within the territory through research and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily business reports of sales orders and prospect calls.
• Continually maintain customer contact information in the company software.
