Job summary

First Search Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager to bring mobile hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory.

You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, conduct face-to-face calls, and build relationships with buyers in transportation, manufacturing, and government sectors. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a proven sales record, and the ability to manage a mobile storefront, including driver responsibilities and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Must be able to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
