RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to grow industrial hardware sales across Northern California, including Redding, via a fully stocked mobile store. You will serve customers in diverse sectors, delivering a hands-on, mobile shopping experience.

Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, presenting solutions from your mobile store, and maintaining accurate daily reports. The role requires mobility, discipline, and a proven track record in route or industrial sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in route or industrial sales preferred.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calls on local businesses.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage the operation and upkeep of your mobile store and submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and calls.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
